Bit of a TMI question...Would really appreciate some help!

Good afternoon ladies!

So I am 13 weeks + 4 days (ticker is wrong) and told I was just sat watching something on TV then all of a sudden I felt this weird feeling down below... I felt like bubbles were popping just the once. Kind of like some CM had dropped but I went to check as it happened and there was nothing on the tissue except water (as I'd used the loo) and there was nothing in my underwear. :/

Has anyone else had this?
What is it? Xxx

hi, cant tell you what it is as ive no idea but i think ive experienced the same as i also ran to the loo to check to find nothing.
Just another random strange symptom i suppose! x
