Biscuit recipes

I am going to make mini teddy bear biscuits for Ruby's party bags and wrap them in a cellophane bag instead of putting sweets in.
Has anyone got a biscuit recipe at all, was thinking maybe doing shortbread?? Any ideas would be appreciated x

Ingredients
150g plain flour
150g unsalted butter
75g cornflour
75g icing sugar
extra flour, for dusting
icing sugar, to dust



Method
1. Place the flour, butter, cornflour and icing sugar into a food processor and blend together to form a soft dough-like mixture.
2. Roll out the mixture on a floured surface and, using a round cutter, shape into 6-8 rounds.
3. Place the biscuits onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until crisp and golden.
4. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
5. Dust with icing sugar(optional).
