birthing balls up & ready.. now what lol?

    not sure what i should be doing? I'm so scared its going to pop!!
    do i sit n bounce, roll it around?? i have spd & really having a bad back ache for last week or so, so anything to help that and possibly help speed things up! not sleeping and in constant pain with my back i just want her out now! obvs as safe as possible but really wanna help things along. any help/advice would be great! thanks x

    Bounce, roll your hips while sitting on it. Knee behind it and lean across it so bump hangs down ( this gives LO room to move into the right position easier) xxx

    I sit and bounce on mine or lean forwards over it. Or if I can't be arsed I sit on the sofa and use it to rest my feet on!!! lol

    Lots of rocking too . I found a labour ball did nothing to bring on labour but its amazing during labour :) happy bouncing !

    yeah, im with TT - def didnt do anything to start mine off - but ive hardly moved from the thing today. xxx
