Birth Ball

Does anyone have a birth ball??

I have been told to start bouncng on one early to strengthen and loosen my lady bits in preparation for the the birth but I dont really know how it helps??

Also is a birthing ball the same as one of the excercise balls and they sell them in Tesco for £3 but birth balls seem to cost alot more??

Any help would be great!!

I have one, its great for my SPD. It just encourages you to sit in an optimal position, so the baby gets into the right position for birth

i bought a gym ball from aldi a couple of weeks ago for £2.99 i think it was

just like a birth ball, havent tried it yet tho
