Anyone ever read up on this? It was recommended to me by a friend who knew I had an mc (and she also did at the same time) she swears by it but I'm just not sure. I suppose it's a lot like smep. It talks a lot about the 'slippery' time which would be hard to pin point as cm could be confused with this. Still an Interesting wee read ladies x x
