Big Shopping Trip :)

DH is off on sunday and not sure for definite if he will get home before end of October so we went for a big shop for baby stuff today so that he could do some of it with me

We got clothes for LO, blankets and some bedding, some nappies and other little bits, its all very basic/neutral stuff (as we're not sure what other people might get us and I dont want a whole load of stuff that LO grows out of before actually using) but really exciting to get some of my list ticked off

Sorry, pointless thread but has made it feel more real having lots of baby stuff in the house

At least he's got to make some of the decisions with you!!! Hopefully you can keep him updated with what else you need while he's away so he feels involved!!!

Yeah, if he cant make it home then we should be in pretty regular contact (phone and e-mail) so he will defo stay as involved as he can. He's already been doing DIY in LO's room this week whilst he been on leave
