Big bleed , stomach cramps, worried

So I have had on and off cramping with brown spotting.
Went to the toilet where I almost passed out with pain like contractions.
Then had a lot of bright red blood. I am so scared and I know in my heart I have lost my baby. I am looking after my little boys , I am going to go to hospital as feeling really bad with it.
So upset and scared

Thanks girls I am still cramping still bleeding. I have taken comfort putting my boys to bed.
I am really feeling feint and dizzy so will be going to hospital shortly.
I know it's horrible as your all pregnant, but I know what I have seen and i know I have lost my baby. I am devestated x
