BH or baby pushing?

I have always thought i dont get braxton hicks contractions but lately i am wondering it what i always thought was baby pushing is actually bh.. My belly regularly gets rock hard like something i pushing from inside.. Its like the whole belly and not part of my belly and feels like i will explode. Can it be bh?? Xx

Yes that sounds like braxton Hicks! It is so weird - I didn't get any with my daughter, but with this pregnancy I get them ALL the time, and the last week I have had loads of them - my bump goes rock hard, and it is just a tightening feeling all over it. I get it a lot when I walk places xx

I've been getting that too, I tend to do slow deep breaths until they have subsided x
