Bh and back ache?

Hi all

All day today my tummy keeps tighting and I got back ache?!

Anyone got any ideas of what I can do to help with back achez?! I've had a shower and made no difference unfortunately I don't have the option to have a bath

I just try to lie down and keep drinking apparently it helps to lessen the pains if you get them and lessen s the contraction s
