BFP???

would everyone agree that this is a BFP??? No chance of it being wrong? I would say around 7-10 days ago I thought AF was on her way....small amount of brown spotting...some pains...then nothing. Usual sore boobs etc. Well the sore boobs have stuck around for 3-4 weeks now so took a test and got this just now! Cheap test with very dilute urine. My only other symptom would be cramping after orgasm! Only been off the pill for 2 months and only one bleed!
