Hello all. LMP was 6th of December, did a test today a few days early and got faint BFP's on 3 tests. However I've just been for a shower and there was brown spotting on the towel then some faint pink on toilet tissue when I investigated further :( think it might be a chemical, kicking myself for getting over excited and telling hubby already this morning. We've already had 3 early m/c's so spotting is never a good sign for me.

Oh Claire, I'm sorry. I really hope it's just implantation bleeding but having had two losses myself, I know I'd be getting worried. Please keep us posted.

Oh no Clairedoll! Did you make an appointment with your gp?

I'm in Scotland Kit, all our go surgeries are closed until at least Wednesday for new year.

I had this!!! I had bfp next day red blood, pink and brown for an hour or 2. I thought it was a chem. But all seems to be fine with me, surprisingly! Take a test and see if its got darker ? Xx

I had bleeding with my first baby for about 3 days.
Sometimes it just happens.
Hoping that it won't be bad news for you. Good luck!!!

Try and get more tests tomorrow, it's just been a wee bit of brown on and off all day. Get a gp appointment ASAP as well although I'm still waiting on my tests for recurrent MC so not holding out hope that they'll be my use.

Claire mined turned into gooey brown to, how manylon dpo would you be? I was about 14dpo theres this thing called breakthrough bleed when your supposed to get your period. Or it could be late implantation blood coming out.
I'm still waiting for RM tests to :( I've put myself on aspirin and using progesterone pessaries this time, hoping they work. My gp told me not to take them cos they don't know whats wrong and every medical person I've spoken to have told me not to, but I'd probably miscarry anyway, so why not lol. Have you spoke to them about asprin? Xx

Yes for my second I got told to start taking aspirin next time but the doctor I seen for my third was very against it and the other dr then denied recommending it, I think I might give it a try. Presuming they won't prescribe progesterone for me since I seen a thing online listing hospitals that are currently doing tests with progesterone and placebos but will ask about that too. I didn't keep track of ov this month but going by combination of lmp, when I last DTD and looking back at symptoms I would say I'm 12-13dpo. Expected AF is tomorrow.

Claire, haven't been on for a little while but just seen this and I have everything crossed for you, congratulations, hope this is your time!

Peanut, congratulations to you too, hoping this is it for you girls! New year and new babies on the horizon!

X x

No nhs dint give progesterone, I had to pay around 80-90 pounds for 12 weeks worth from a private clinic. You can get low dose aspirin over the counter, got mine from boots, one pound something for 100 I think. Xx

Hey Claire, I really hope this is your rainbow baby xx

The gp didn't recommend aspirin to me either but luckily when I booked an early scan with an private clinic I was lucky enough to speak to Dr Beattie over the phone who is a fertility specialist (he took the booking for my scan) and I thought I would be cheeky and ask him about aspirin, I explained I had two miscarriages and he said taking a low dose aspirin would not do any harm and it could help. So that's what I did I took aspirin from my positive test! Boots never sell me aspirin over the counter though neither do Tesco (I have argued with them a few times) so instead I get mine from wilkonsons, savers and Asda sell it on the shelf where I live! Xxxxx

And make sure you get the gastro resistant aspirin which has a coating I get the "baby aspirin" which is 75mg xxx

Thanks so much for your replies everyone. Just did one last cheapy I found and a not so cheapy (feckin £13.99!) digi. Got my 1-2 pregnant and the line on the cheapy is better today with no more spotting so I'm all fingers and toes crossed this is it! I didn't realise you could only get the aspirin over the counter Pharmacy isn't open and neither is the gp, got some regular aspirin so I'll take a wee bit of that until I get the right stuff.

So pleased for you Claire, hope 2017 is the year for lots of sticky babies! I'll keep everything crossed for you xxx

This is it for you, I have a good feeling about this! Oh bless you, thank you, never know my luck, may get there hopefully sometime in 2017! X x

Sigh. Doctors are still shit, spotted brown again last night and had tiny bit of pink again this morning now nothing again. Don't know what to do, if it's another m/c I really need it documented but i don't really want to go to a+e to be spoken to like an idiot again, feel like they just treat you like a drama queen that's got her period like has happened everytime.
