Bells palsy

Im just wondering if anyone has any experience of this?

Its basically when one side of your face is paralysed. My brother has this and been told its caused by a viral infection or something. He has cream for his eye as it wont shut when he goes to sleep and then has steroid tablets.

Im just wondering if its contagious? Ive tried contacting my mw but cant get through. Do you ladies think i should be around him?

Also his wifes son has chicken pox, not sure what stage he's at, i.e. just got them or they're clearing up, i know i should stay away from him but again what about my brother and his wife? Me and my brother had chicken pox when we were little. Xxx

i had bells pasley while pg with last little one and its not contagous so your fine there not sure about chicken pox though xx

Not contagious at all hun, my grannys had it her whole life
