Being sick :(

I have just had my first fag of the day and then been violently sick for about 3 minutes Had nothign to bring up as not eaten yet and it was pure burning and hurt so much I have decided to give up the fags now - tough shit on me and withdrawel symptoms - I am going face it with avengance and give up - I can't do this anymore to my baby - it's the big sign I needed to give up sooner than the end of July. Wish me luck guys.....
