Being sick at work but no sick pay

Hi ladies

I'm in work today and been sick twice already. We don't get company sick pay or I'd be off so having to put up with it. Is this the norm if you don't get sick pay or can you still get signed off? Xx

i was gonna say this too!! as my company you have to have worked from them 2 years before ur paid sick pay from day one otherwise its on the thrid day and it statuory sick pay i would look into it hun xx
