Hi,
I was just researching Beetroot juice as I've seen some ladies on here mention it...
It says it contains high amounts of Folic Acid, so do I still take my folic acid if i drink this, obviously too much folic acid is bad! lol
Also where can i buy this in UK stores?

Thanks x

Oh, i've just read that they have these in capsule form... Obviously the juice would be better though but would be alot easier just to take a tablet lol.
Anyone had the capsules before??

I'm not sure about the folic acid thing but I get my beetroot juice from Tesco, its on the shelf not in the fridge, its called beet it lol, organic pure juice and it is absolutely lovely, it apparently helps thicken the uterine lining. x

I wonder if thickening the lining of the uterus would help with excessive bleeding or might it make it worse?

Oh I thought it tasted disgusting and I love Beetroots.
Just got it from Sainsburys. I might try in a smoothie if I need it for next cycle.
Xxx

It sounds great!! My only concern is that I would bring taking too much folic acid :s which is putting me off xx

I actually did not know beetroot juice contained folic acid.

Natural folic acid is very good for you.

I would avoid tablets as taking too much folic acid can lengthen your cycle.
