Been using opk's wrong...

Rubbish! Just looked into opk's abit more after using them a couple of months and I didn't realise you should test between 10am and 8pm with 2pm being the optimum time. I've been testing with fmu!

I was going to post about OPKs today because I want to start using them for first time but I'm confused about timing. Do you have to d same time every day? This will be difficult with my shift work? Also, could I do 6pm every day or would that mean I might miss the best time to DTD? Xx

Fumble can give u a false reading with opks it's best to use them between 12 am and 10 pm xx

Haha this gave me a giggle!!

Think you are meant to try and keep it to the same time roughly each day. When I use them I do it at about 6pm as that is the most convenient time for me.
