Our little girl used to love her bath and found running around with no nappy on almost as enjoyable - until about a month ago. Now, we won't get into the bath, we stay standing in it instead of sitting down. We scream blue murder all the while when we are being washed and when we wash her hair....oh my GOD it's like we're murdering her. She's also afraid of the shower. Any suggestions? We have bath toys, books etc but none of them do any good any more. Just want a clean toddler! Sue

Hi noodle - no we haven't got in with her yet, mainly because both of us have to be around for that. OH suggested it last time though. She's just so hard to wash. And I thought of the sore skin too, but this fear has been ongoing before the nappy rash. We'll try a few other things too like the making a game of it and getting in with her. I just hope it works.
