Quick question!

I’m taking my temp at the same time 6.45 every day so I get a true reading.

but our clocks go forward tonight so do I do it at new time of 6.45 but to my body it will be 5.45 or at 7.45 and my body will be 6.45.

Hope that make sense. Will it make much difference. Wouldn’t normally question it but I’ve just had my dip before ovulation yesterday so it’s a crucial time of the month! Help :rotfl: xxx

An hour difference will be fine aslomg as ur not up and about. The main thing a - you have a bbt spike usually 0.3 degrees or more and b- is how long your bbt stays raised for after ovulation.

Ok Thankyou lovely. I’ll leave it at 6.45. I’m more likely to be awake

It doesn't really matter hun. As long as you have an X amount of sleep before you take your temp!x
