Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. My legs and back are still troubling me.. i went to see my physio last week.. she told me my pelvis is not strong enuff to support my growing belly LOL... she has given me excercises to do to strengthen my tummy muscles to support my tummy better... Also told me different ways to stand up and roll around in bed..... Also told to wear flat shoes.. as heels tilt your pelvis forwards.... She also advised me to get a support belt which i ordered off the internet.. it has arrived.. but my DH left it at work LOL silly bugger.....
