bad pains

ive been up most of the night with bad pains in my lower stomach like bad period pains there coming alot they last 4 about 20 seconds then go again then cum bak again shortly after...im due next sunday....

Are they regular? You'll need to start timing them - both the time in between, and the length of the pain.
