Hi guys so I missed a bc pill last Saturday and had one pink spot of blood on my undies Sunday night. I've been having bad heartburn for three days now and I've NEVER had heartburn before. Im on my last week of pills before i start my period. Just wondering if it's possible to be related to being pregnant or if I'm just having heart burn for no reason? Tuesday morning I also had an incredibly painful foot cramp (also which I never ever get). Maybe I'm being paranoid.... lol. Any insight would be appreciated!

I think the only way to know is to test!
I don't know much about bc pills as never used them, but it seems unlikely.
Also, heartburn is something you tend to get a bit later on in your pregnancy... My signs were VERY sore breasts and nipples, extreme fatigue, feeling faint quite a lot and even feeling sick very early on.
Everyone is different, but, as I say, it sounds unlikely from what you are saying.
When is your period due? If it's late, do a First Response test. They are in a pink box and the most sensitive, I believe.
Unfortunately, it's the only way to tell for sure
