I've noticed that my lo has started to twist her neck into the most uncomfortable looking position when she's asleep. She starts off on her back and then 5 mins later she's stretched her neck almost as though she's trying to see behind her. Yesterday she woke up crying because she'd rolled over and had her arms trapped.

I can't sleep now as I'm worried she's going to twist herself into more awkward positions.

Has anyone else found this and have any ideas to help with it?

How old is your little one? You can't do much really. Amelie started doing that at 6 m old somehow its comfy for them lol...

Sth like that? How the hell is that comfy lol? I let her go with it.
If your little one is much smaller maybe a rolled blanket behind him (if on the side) would help with not turning the head in weird positions?

Lol yes exactly like that! She's 4 and a half months. As long as she's not hurting herself I guess!
Thanks for letting me know its fine!!

How cute is your baby by the way!!
Xxx
