Hiya ladies Iam attending a baby class next week Iam 32 weeks, what actually happens at them it's something my midwife had suggested with it been my first its a birthing one and also my mum is my birthing partner I won't look the odd one out will I? Iam really

I'm doing both Nhs day one and also nct have had two nct classes so far both have been very relaxed and. Informative ul be fine they will discuss labour pain relief and breathing I don't know what else Nhs ones cover but I think it's def worth doing xx
