Hiya It's just someone you can buddy up with to do each others labour threads and things. You normally swap numbers so they can text you when they're in labour and you can keep us all updated and vise versa It's normally best you pick someone that's not due too close to you in case you's end up in labour at the same time haha xx

Haha yeah I'm clever like that It was someone else's tip actually, I just stole it lol! My bump buddy is still in tri 2! She's my 'real life' friend I've known for about 7 years lol and 6 weeks behind me so good chance we'll not be in labour at the same time haha! Xx
