To be honest, I never used one this time round. But I did find a bath support invaluable.
I had a hard platic one, (sounds uncomfy but not), and lasts for about 5 months? and you can also get foamy/spongey ones which last a bit longer I think.

We got ours yesterday from Mothercare it, was £24.00 for the bath, a towel, a top and tail bowl, sponge and something els ethat I can;t remember
