How do you determine it? Erin was 17 weeks on Thursday but is 4 months old today (Sunday 3rd July) as she was born 3rd March. Just wondering as i don't want to wean her earlier than 6 monthsx

Go by weeks until she is 4 months and then you go by months. So I'd say she is 4 months old today, 5 months on the 3rd August etc.

I've been going by months since 3 months, lose track with weeks and they don't correlate with months
