Hi ladies,
I started taking b complex this month in the hope it would lengthen my cycle a bit and to help with spotting before. I was due on AF Sunday and I woke up to it this morning! Therefore my cycle has only been 23 days long (it is usually between 26 -28). Has anyone else had a shorter cycle because of the vits? I only got to 9 dpo as well.
On a plus note I only got 1 day of spotting (it is usually 4) and there was hardly any!
