Hello,
I posted in "ask a moderator" a couple of days ago and haven't had a response as yet. I appreciate that people may be busy and it's a weekend, of course, but I just wondered if someone does look in there? My query hasn't been viewed by anyone but me as far as I can tell.
If there's a better way to get support with a slightly sensitive issue please let me know.
