are these signs of labour

Hi All,

recently ive been losing my plug i think and the past two days ive had diarrea,well i have a bath everyday to relax and im quite a big girl,well i noticed when i sat up in the bath today i could feel my pelvic bones round my bum area?ive nevere noticed this before what is it.

Im 31 weeks pregnant and my last son was 4 weeks early so im a bit scared as i measure bigger than what i am ,

If you are really worried then I'd give your MW or the labour ward/birth centre a ring for advice. I'd say it doesnt sound like labour and you can lose your plug and it reform.

My friend lost her plug around 30 weeks but ended up being induced at 42. If you are worried thou I'd ring the mw

I agree that you should give your midwife a ring if you're at all worried, especially as your son was early. It's quite common to lose bits of your plug early on and for it to reform though, so it doesn't sound like you're going into labour soon but it's worth being checked over if you're at all concerned

I can't add anything more than the advice the girls have gave but I have had a child at 28 weeks and 31 weeks so with that knowledge I'd say definitely mention the loss of your plug to your mw
