Hi there,
I am currently pregnant and out of work. I am looking at my options for when I am ready to go back to work and thinking of doing some study from home in order to improve my employability!
In short, I have a degree from Russell Group university in English language and communication and I am considering a CIPD qualification in HR so that I can hopefully go into a graduate, entry-level HR job. Does anyone know which level would be required for this? I wasn't sure if the level 3 (foundation) would be enough and/or if I can go straight into the level 5 with no previous HR experience.
Thanks!
