Hi
Well I stupidly bought a bottle of soy isoflavones before doing some research into them. They should only be taken by women who have trouble ovulating/have irregular cycles, and should not be taken by women with pcos or endrometriosis, I am down for a laparoscopy for suspected endo so I should stay away from soy, my cycles are very regular, I get extremely bad af pains and tender breasts and apparently soy can make these worse.
So if any of you ladies have irregular cycles/trouble ovulating and would like a free bottle of 'Natures aid Soy isoflavones 50mg' then let me know and I will post them to you
