anyone started playing music to their bumps?

alex wants us to play it classical music.. even though neither of us listen to it.. i played charlotte relaxation cds..

and after i did psychology a level, and studied baby plus system and other prenatal stimulants..and the reasearch is amazing.. proving that if you can connect the babys brain cells then ur child has a better chance of being intelligent by listening to noise, music, mums voice, shining torch on tummy etc..

so im starting today.. i have had mozart on.. and now nursary rhymes on the bump..

anyone else reserched it?

Yes i play mine take that alot as it will have to get used to them on tour next month! after 6 concerts they will deffo know them. :lol:
I dont play it classical tho.
 
I don't think I could sit through a whole cd of classical music :lol:
I had a history teacher at school who used to play the damn stuff during her lessons cos she said it would help us to absorb the information. Used to do my head it
 
believe it or not i played this crazy kids cd to my belly on my first and hed kicjk away at it, untill he was three my little boy LOVED all the songs on there especially b.i.n.go bobby bingo (or somethinthing like that so im assuming they recognise them when theyre here too)

I was in bath singing my heart away along with teh mamas and paper and im sure bub kicked me. wasn't like anything else but im only 15 weeks :shock:

LOL when I was pregnant with DS I went to a Take That concert. When I listen to there old songs it reminds me of going.
Think I might have to play it to bub, OH will go mad :rotfl:
 
I just put my phone on my belly and put a song my oh had put on my phone. it was like a techno song and it was kicking away then i put that paul anka havin my baby on my phone and played it to it and it did nothing..............
 
hmm.. i wouldnt put mobile on tummy.. we still dont knwo the damage they might cause..
 
would it not be much different from when ud be using a mobile anyway? like when ure texting sitting down its near ure belly? :think:
 
Mine gets Barbra Streisand in the car lots :D

But then, bump was conceived on the night I went to see Barbra live at the 02 in July, so appropriate I feel :rotfl:
 
mine had the honour of going to hear KT Tunstall at the Apollo last night. 16 weeks today I think and bubs been to a festival and a few gigs already :lol:

too tired for all this standing up malarky now though so thats it....
