anyone know about triphasic charts?

    according to FF i have a triphasic chart. Anyone know what this means?

    Iv had a look on google hun and its a third upward shift in your temp, dnt want to get your hopes up too much but it does say it can he an early preg indicator...x

    that is what is confusing me, cause I am pretty sure I aint pregnant. Got a spot where I usually get a spot when AF is due, and not had any symptoms or that "Im pregnant" feeling for the past few days. Not had an implantation temp drop or spotting either.
    Also did an FRER this morning and BFN (I know its uber early)

    will still test on Wednesday and Friday and see what happens, but I just kinda know I am out.

    Might put your mind at rest a little but when I was preg I had no symptoms whatsoever and I was 6 week when I found out, I know we are more in tune with bodies ttc but not everyone gets 'symptoms' xx
