Ok maybe TMI but wondering if anyone else has had this.

Twice now (once last week and again today) when I sneezed a small gush of fluid came out. It wet my pantyliner but not my leggings or pants. I suspect it's urine or discharge as there is a smell. Anyone else?

If I don't get to a loo in time when I need to go I get a bit come out. I'm thinking its wee too. I wear a liner for this reason! Another joy of being pg!

Um yep :/ twice its happened to me, both times i was bursting for a wee, needless to say ive been doing pelvic floor excersises religiously since lol i was so ashamed never happened before haha

I wear pantyliners all the time, my 2 year old and we share a room so i have a gate , its a nightmare trying to sneek over a gate ( sons a light sleeper!!) when your bursting!!

Ive done it when washing up, (must gave been the water)

After peeing when preg i rock forwards and back slightly as

Preg ladies bladders rarely empty properly and this helps
