I have realised that it's getting harder for me to go to the toilet! Has anyone got any tips?
Orange juice sorted me out. A pint before bed time brought relief in the morning!xx

Prune juice worked wonders for me, sounds horrible but it actually dosent taste that bad. x

My mum has a recipe for a fruit/bran loaf that in our family is renouned for sorting out the problem. I posted it in a thread a while ago.
Just dont eat too much of it. lol
i eat a little box of raisons every day but if im verybad a curry works lol
Loads of water, fruit and spicy food has worked for me so far.

Kiwi fruit.....When I have had trouble I eat 3 per day that seems to solve the problem for me.
