Hey, i think i am a huge worry pot at the moment... But in the early morning Amber seems to have a runny nose and during last night she didnt sleep very well and couldnt breathe proporly through her nose!! Now i have her in her bouncer and she is up right a bit she is fine....is there anything i can do when she is in her cot to maybe alleviate the problem???
is she in her moses basket or cot? you could try putting a few blankets underneath top side of mattress so it's raised a little? obv make sure its under mattress so she cant pull them over her. hope she feels better soon
Karvol drops and the plug in are fab! saline drops - i recommend nasosal, tescos etc, and elevate the cot for her, or put her boucer in the cot - i had to do it with DD when she was really poorly with a cold, not ideal but at least she moght have a chance at getting some kip
