Any one tried sea bands for sickness?

    Hi all, my step mum has hyperemesis and was just reading about sea bands was wondering if anyone else had tried them for morning sickness and if they worked?

    I bought some and they didn't work for me. Although i know they have worked for others on here. They might be worth a try for her they aren't that expensive.

    Hi

    I'm currently wearing them as I type and they seem ok. I took 1 off early and felt sick Put it back on (so wearing one on each wrist) and neasueus went away!

    They didn't work for the 1st hour until I read the instructions and then realised I hadn't put them at the right pressure point, and within 5 mins of doing so felt better.

    They didn't do anything for me! I paid nearly a tenner n all! :doh: :doh:

    Ive always used them for nausea at anytime and they worked for me...they arent magic but they deffo help :)

    Thanks for all your replies have passed them on would be good if she could find something to work for her she has been so ill lately!
