Hi!

I'm 6 weeks into my first pregnancy and looking for a good book recommendation?

Also, have you heard of Haptonomy approach? They call it "Bonding the French Way" although was founded by a Dutch doctor. This is a way to 'talk to the baby' through touch, it's great to do with your partner as it helps with getting him involved! I really want to do it :) There's lots of info online about it and depending on where you're based, you might be able to get some sessions if you're interested. I don't think you need many sessions as you can just then do it at home :)

Thanks a lot!!

I have the First Time Parent book by Lucy Atkins if you'd like it? I'd just ask for postage :)

I'm 6 weeks and my mum just bought me 'The day-by-day pregnancy book' published by DK . It's a big book but is full of useful information and I like the fact it's day by day as well .
