Anxiety during pregnancy

Hello, I am a final year Psychology student at the University of Huddersfield and am looking at anxiety during pregnancy for my dissertation project. If you could spare 5-10 minutes to participate in an online questionnaire it would be much appreciated!

The questionnaires list a number of statements and you just have to pick which response you think best reflects how you feel at the moment and fill in some basic demographic information. You must be pregnant at the time of completing the questionnaire, living in the UK and over the age of 16. If you would be willing to participate just follow the link below.
