bought my nephew a game from ebay (brand new) and it's just arrived damaged as the seller didn't package it properly

It happens from time to time. Its a matter of luck with ebay. I thought I'd just been ripped off but luckily the seller hadnt posted my DVD because he was ill, apparently

ebay is always a risk, shouldn't be but it is
