I made this for tea tonight and it was yummy. It went down well with OH and Jake too Just thought i'd post incase anyone else needed any recipe ideas.

We love that curry too, all of us even DS We have it once a week and then I normally have enough leftovers for DD and DS to have it for lunch the following day

And sooooo easy to make!
