Neither really helped my at all unfortunately! Was still just as irregular either way xx

Hi everyone I'm new to this but I'm been taking the drop 3 weeks now and today started spotting I never took a break from it, but would like to know are you meant to stop when you ovulate.

Only meant to be used until ovulation - although most agnus cactus you can buy in store have such small concentration of herb etc it would unlikely make a difference. I ended getting a higher concentration agnus cactus from amazon and it worked for me. My lp was 8 days and it really helped me for my second pregnancy (first one without ac was mc) x
