Am i pregnant? Am i having twins?

i had a very early miscarriage in April. got pregnant in May again.

Ovulated on 30 April. Got UPT positive on 12 May.

Hcg levels are:

12/5/19 (12 dpo)= 215.51

14/5/19 (14 dpo)= 670.58

17/5/19 (17 dpo)= 3814.83

hcg doubling time is approximately 1 day and few hours.

Saw one intrauterine Gestational sac of 7mm on 20/5/19 (20 dpo).

Other US scheduled for heart beat a week later.



Is my pregnancy viable and healthy with these findings?

Am i expecting twins as hcg level and doubling time is way too high than normal?

i am very nervous and curious . please share your stories. i will be a lot thankful.

Your levels are normal. On the ultrasound, you saw one sac, you probably just have a single pregnancy. What did you see inside the sac?

Nothing in the sac at 20 dpo. only a sac measuring 7mm with enlarged uterus. follow up in 2 weeks for HB, fetal pole and yolk etc.

I'm a bit confused as to why you ask whether you are pregnant, since you obviously know about it lol

If you saw one sac, it's probably just a single pregnancy.
