Agnus Castus and AF?? What was it like for you?

I was wondering what AF was like for you ladies using Agnus Castus and Evening Primrose Oil?

My cycles are usually 5-7 days with 2-3 days of heavy flow and bit of menstrual pain. I usually get menstrual pain at the begining and throughout. When I started AC and EPO, AF showed a week later. I had NO signs of her coming, it was very light and only lasted 4 days. I can't believe I had NO menstrual pain, NO heavy bleeding and it was so short. Is this normal when you take AC and EPO

I started taking AC to try and help with my painful heavy periods as well as help me with ttc. First month no change, this month my ov was sooner and my spotting reduced from 4 to 2 days and so far it's painful but not as horrendous as it has been, can't comment on length yet. Does seem to have shorten my LP to 12 days which is an unwelcome change. All the info says it takes three months to do its thing so I'm going to persevere xx
