AF came 1 week early

AF 1 week early at 8dpo. Any ideas why? This has never happened before.

Are you sure of when you ovulated?
It’s common to have an out of whack cycle once in a while x

Is it definitely AF? Is it possible it’s implantation bleeding?

Definitely AF. It's just easing today.

It's just strange as I've never been a week early before!

@Olivia118 so sorry for your loss. I had a missed miscarriage at 12 wks last year. Prior to it cycle had been 28 days without fail for about 5 years.

Post miscarriage they were pretty regular but i do remember a random 22 day cycle (maybe cycle 3 or 4??) Was convinced mc had messed cycle up but it went back to normal after that and got pregnant a few cycles later.

Hope it's just a one off for you x
