i am very shocked you got sacked for being pregnant, my boss sis that to me when i got pregnant with my first, i didnt let him get away with it tho, i took him to small court and won!

Don't sue him, take him to the employment tribunal. A friend who did this (unfair dismissal - not pregnancy related) got £30,000

Contact ACAS through citezens advice they're brilliant. There's no way you wont win it is against the law to sack someone because they are pregnant they will be slaughtered and no doubt have to pay you compo. Please look into this if not just for yourself but for all the other women out there who are treated like this they cannot be allowed to get away with it.

 

That money will be defintely help with the baby too - have you been out of work since being PG then Kayl? x
