I had a section on the 23rd August, due to bad positioning of twins. I had bought some binding hoping it will help with recovery and to reduce any overhang I have.
I have awful overhang, not that I'm shocked my bump was big. But I'm worried the binding won't reduce it properly etc.
So any tips? Do control knickers work? What works to reduce this unsightly eyesore on the front of me? I can deal with normal post pregnancy belly as I have had it before, I am however mentally struggling with the overhang
Also how long does it take for the tenderness to go away? X
