Advice please.

Hi Ladies,

I think I ovulated this week. Sore boobs, a few twinges. I would guess around Wednesday judging cm. Had a bad back so not been able to DTD since sunday night until this morning.
I know sperm can survive for a long up to 5 days but just wondering what people think? We are not TTC but letting nature take its course �� TIA
