Hi everyone! Been quiet really trying not to stress myself out this month I have laid of the exercise but feel so guilty for it! I'm either 3 or 4 dpo but I'm getting weird shooting pain down there only started today no other symptoms

U think it could be implantation?
I used to get pains like that all the time. I think I was looking for them though lol. When's ur af due?
