Advice please!

Hi mummies, need some reassurance/someone to tell me im being an over paranoid mum! O has been poorly since yesterday, She's had a temp which calpol does bring down, runny nappies but a lack of wet ones, has had barely any solids, only about 9ozs of milk/water is quite sicky & sleepy. Doesn't seem to be teeth but thinking it could be? if or a bug?... My logical adult brain says it'll pass my paranoid mummy brain says get her checked? what would you do? xx
